The presentation of undergraduate Business Management degrees relevant to the needs of the business community is an ongoing challenge for any higher education institution. the presentation of such degrees must be state of the art, ad the content of the degree structure has to be constantly adapted too meet the everchanging needs of the business community. This study focuses on the broad educational competencies identified by selected South African businesses; the aim is to review curricula for undergraduate business management degrees at a higher distance education institution.
