Abstract:
|
In pursuit of quality, educators and learners must be continuously engaged in a process of
finding opportunities for improving the learning process, the quality of the learning experience
and the way it is delivered. In this article the following three principles of how QM can help to
improve the quality of learning are discussed: (1) Focusing on the needs and expectations of
customers; (2) Being committed to continuous improvement; and (3) Managing with facts and
data using quality tools and techniques. |
