dc.description.abstract The crisis of today’s church is a crisis of vocation. The church is called to participate in God’s mission. PMC guides local congregations to engage on a journey of spiritual discernment to become missional congregations. Westernisation and Constantanian influences let to reductionism of the Gospel and Christianity. The main objective of PMC is cultural change and mission transformation at local church level. Mission is transformed by engaging congregations primarily as cultural systems, rather than organisations. PMC is designed to guide congregations to witness to the reign of God en
