The current technology revolution has caused major changes globally. Children today have unprecedented access to screen media, including content viewed on television, computers, gaming consoles, smartphones and tablets.
The purpose of this study is to analyse what effect the use of technology has had on reading and writing and its impact on young children in their early stages of education. The researcher used qualitative research methods as a form of data collection, analysis and presentation.
The research is needed to better understand the impact of modern technology on children and to support the development of effective and evidence-based guidelines. |
