dc.description.abstract | The study determined that there was no theory available for managers on how to invest resources into IT. The study collected data and developed empirical generalisations that were tested and presented to a focus group. This theory was further refined and developed into managerial guidelines. Some of the organisations that helped to develop the theory confirmed that they would be prepared to apply these guidelines. | en |
