dc.description.abstract The aim of this study was to construct a system psychodynamic model of psychological wellness that is applicable at individual, group and organisational levels. This aim was successfully accomplished by studying all the relevant theory and conducting qualitative research. The research paradigm was the system psychodynamic theory, which is a fusion of both psychodynamic thinking and systems thinking. The System Psychodynamic (SPD) Wellness Triangle is constructed with three main themes namely Identity, Hope and Love. In total, 39 themes were identified and they are all embedded in the Sierpinski fractal, which forms the graphical design of the model. The model may assist consulting psychologists to gain insight regarding psychological wellness on individual, group and organisational level. en
