The Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Trade, Regional Cooperation, Integration and Tourism held its first session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 14 to 16 February 1996. The Conference was organized by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in collaboration with the Organization of African Unity (OAU) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). |
