Abstract

Leslie Blackwell discourages the principal of the University College of Fort Hare to pursue in refuting statements and criticisms by individuals. But also states that action should be taken against the statement of the minister that students are being turned into agitators. A draft resolution is included. Dated 14 October 1959.
