Title:	Johannesburg station and environs stage one report

Abstract:	The purpose of the report is to provide a comprehensive spatial survey of Johannesburg's main station, also known as Park Station, and its environs. Information in the report provides a foundation on which a development framework for the future commercial development of the station and its environs may be based.
Description:	The newly formed Business Development Section in the SA Transport Services (SATS) commissioned the office of the Chief Director (Building Services), also in SATS, to produce the report. Architect and town planner Basil Brink, assisted by architect Robert Downs and senior draughts-person Alec Johnston, compiled the report.
