Three trends in dealing with water problems now facing humankind are:
Commodification of water; returning some water to nature, and water use equity. Problems (negatives) with sourcing potable water in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal Provinces are identified, and solutions and interventions (positives) to overcome these negatives are presented. |
