Abstract

This report motivates for approval to proceed with planning and development of new office accommodation for the SA Transport Services (SATS), later Transnet, in central Johannesburg. Work completed to date, e.g. a feasibility study by quantity surveyor Peter Jacob and an urban design workshop attended by architects Basil Brink and Stuart Douglas, is outlined
