dc.description.abstract The goal of this paper is to present the practical implementation of a novel framework for evaluation of the factors affecting software development productivity, combining elements from several systems approaches and Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The framework can be seen as a complementary approach to the existing methods, helping to analyse the relationships between factors affecting software development productivity. The framework is portable to different software development environments. en
