The fourth meeting of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts from Ministries of Finance, Central Banks and Legal Departments on the Establishment of an African Monetary Fund was held in Libreville, Gabon, from 16 to 19 June 1986. The purpose of the meeting was to reexamine and finalize the revised Draft Articles of Agreement establishing an African Monetary Fund for submission to the Conference of African Ministers of Finance for consideration.
