Abstract

ABSTRACT All organisations want to source talented employees as it provides them with a competitive edge. The war for talent will continue as organisations want to gain a competitive advantage in the market. As many other industries in South Africa, the labour industry may experience shortages of skilled employees. The company used as the research population supplies workplace protection and social services to South Africa. The aim of the study is to determine employees’ perceptions and experiences of talent management. A quantitative research design was employed by using a questionnaire. The population consisted of 317 staff members.
