Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate ways in which conflict situations,
within the pattern of contemporary society, contribute to the unhappiness
and discontent of youth.
Consequently the following aspects are investigated and discussed:
Relevant problems with due regard to the role of the family and those
situations that cause conflict and tension in the Iifeworld of the adolescent.
Personality images of five milieu-deprived adolescents in order to illustrate
certain moments of the problematic educational situation, in terms of socio pedagogic
essentials.
Various conclusions emerge from the research
Wherever there is an absence of a warm relationship between milieu deprived
parents and children, the child experiences fear, tension and
conflict.
Ineffective educational accompaniment underrates the educational needs
and the unique living conditions the milieu-deprived adolescent experiences
in his total surroundings.
Various recommendations emerge from the research with regard to the
improvement of the educational situation of milieu-deprived adolescent by
means of instructional programmes aimed at guiding and educating milieu deprived
parents.
