dc.description.abstract	The Second Meeting of the Committee on Natural Resources and Science and Technology (CNRST-2) was held from 30 October to 1st November 2001, at the Headquarters of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in the United Nations Conference Centre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The meeting was formally opened by the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa. The meeting was attended by delegates and experts from ECA member States and other organisations within and outside the United Nations.
