dc.description.abstract	The Regional Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Civil Aviation was held in Yamoussoukro, Cote d'Ivoire on 13 and 14 November 1999. The purpose of the conference was to examine the civil aviation industry in Africa within the overall context of globalisation and "internationalisation" of services and to take appropriate measures in the form of a decision for the progressive liberalization of access to air transport markets among African airlines.
