Managing Water for African Cities is a Pilot Project initiated by the UNCHS and UNEP within the framework of the United Nations System-wide Special Initiative for Africa. Funded by the United Nations Foundation for International Partnerships (Turner Fund) it focuses on two interlinked priorities: Water Demand Management in African Cities, Mitigating the impact of urbanization on freshwater resources and aquaticeco systems. |
