| dc.description.abstract |
The 7th Board of Directors (BOD) of the Southern and Eastern Mineral Centre (SEAMIC) took place at the Headquarters of the institution from 6 to 9 March 2000. In my capacity as member of the BOD on behalf of ECA, I attended the meeting. The key members of the Board including the representatives of the member countries, ECA and the management of the Centre attended the meeting. As indicated in the minutes of the meeting attached to the present report, the representatives of the private sector and the European Union could not attend. |
