The main objective of the workshop was to apply the outcomes of the Ethical Leadership Projects’ Conference in and through Politics to the lived experiences of a local community. The workshop proceedings were guided by both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. The objective of this study was to assess participants’ levels of understanding and awareness regarding the challenges of ethical leadership and secondly, to measure the ability of political leadership to address a variety of political and socio-economic challenges, specifically in the Western Cape. |
