The conference sought to find out what these practices are, to raise awareness of the same and to assist in further development of these practices and to analyse the challenges confronting business with respect to ethical leadership. The general outcomes of the conference was to develop an awareness of the ethical responsibility of business leaders in the business sector; create a space for mutual dialogue; and facilitate a platform for future reflection and action. |
