dc.description.abstract This paper focuses on a global information society require a fundamental shift in thinking about the methodology of education. ICTs have already begun to exert massive transformation of education systems in developed countries – distance education universities are now quoted on the stock exchange, the best teachers in the world are becoming available anywhere at the click of a button while 'Lifelong Just In Time Learning' has become the order of the day.
