Abstract

Information is intrinsically linked to human beings, groups and society and is the Basis for their capacity to perceive, interpret, understand and transform the world. From the dawn of human society, information has always been a crucial factor in arousing Curiosity, stimulating thought, underpinning decision-making and, in a word, making Action possible.
