dc.description.abstract	Online education is an innovative approach to distance learning in which the World Wide Web (www), the Internet and intranets are effectively utilised. At Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), staff is currently exploring the issues of utilising this approach on the Executive MBA. This paper discusses the issues involved in trying to introduce online distance education at ESAMI.
