Abstract

Prof. Matthews is concerned about his position at Fort Hare in view of the Treason Trial and his absence from the University. He appeals to Adv. Maisels to make representations to the Crown on his behalf for a possible withdrawal of the charge against him. Dated 2 September 1958.
